Chris ( I think that is his name) was exceptional with his inspection, reviewing in detail his recommendations. Telling me exactly what I need in my attic and crawl space in order to pass inspection before I sell. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward. Was friendly, and professional. He cleaned the dryer duct and vent, greatly improving the efficiency of our dryer.
