What an amazing place with wonderful people. From the start they are all very welcoming and encouraging if you are thinking of joining a classes style gym this is your place don't hesitate to go see Jolie or Ray! So happy I did!!
I went to OneSpark for a Zumbathon last weekend and it was SO much fun! Everyone was so kind, the instructors were so energetic, the space was so nice and everyone had such a great time, even if you were a beginner! Highly recommend!!
I have never been to a gym more welcoming and inclusive than One Spark! When I took my first class, several people introduced themselves to me and were so friendly. The class was fun and engaging. So many fitness studios can be cliquey but I felt so welcome here and I will definitely be back again soon. Feeling so grateful to have found this place.
I joined One Spark Fittness back in September 2025 when I weighed 174 lbs, and after just 6 months, I’m down to 146 lbs. The results speak for themselves, but what really makes this place special goes far beyond the numbers.
