Fantastic gym! Rae and Jolie are super nice, fun, and take an interest no matter what your fitness level. They are knowledgeable and emphasize correct form. The class variety keeps my interest. I would highly recommend trying One Spark Fitness!!
Love the virtual option to participate in the variety of classes offered while still being made to feel part of the physical class through interaction with the instructor and participants. Classes are always invigorating, fun and safely push my limits. Grateful for the variety of classes offered and the differences each week in the same class to rotate muscle groups.
I started my journey with One Spark Fitness in January with the 12 week challenge. It was AMAZING! I reset my eating habits and started a workout program that makes me feel years younger. The support and positive vibes from Rae and Jolie started me on the road to wellness. I am hooked on the classes and am a OSF member now.
