I went in and spoke with the owner Jolie I told her what I was looking for and she had recommendations. I attended my first Zumba class last night. Everyone as well as the owners were so welcoming. It was so much fun I finally found a reason to work out and enjoy while I’m doing it. I highly recommend if you need a little bit more than what you are getting at the gym give them a try they have many options for membership or drop ins for $25.00 but I will be returning again.

It's the best gym, very motivating, great people, love the classes!
Everyone is very supportive and kind.
This is a wonderful exercise studio where people of all levels are welcome.
