One Southdale Place is such a convenient location!
Highly mismanaged, and they could really careless about their residents. They put up a good façade with their elaborate resident events, but if something tough comes up - they'd rather not handle it or ignore it. I'm so sorry for those of you who live there - Good luck at move out. For those of you looking - go to the Onyx.
Great atmosphere and comaraderie with other guests here. Love the pool, social functions and lots of laughing. 3 years and going strong! Great staff and they get things done. Yea!!
Great location, great apartments and great service! The staff at One Southdale Place goes out of their way to make living at One Southdale Place a wonderful place to live. Facilities and apartment design are of high quality. Location is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and movie theaters. Easy access to freeways and the airport. Highly recommended.
