One Source is true to their name. They responded immediately to my concerns and went above and beyond. I have pool and landscaping services and from the office staff to the workmen they are professional, courteous and solved problems caused by past companies. I whole heartedly recommend this company.
We had an appointment scheduled today and the technician never showed up, but the company sure was quick to go ahead and charge us 135 to our card. Now we try to call and no one answers.
Terrible service. Asked for a technician to come inspect pool at a new home where main pump wasn’t working. Took a week to get someone scheduled to come out and they used the old billing address as the service address. The two houses are roughly a 40 minute drive apart. They said the technician would make his way to the correct address. We called the company after an hour and they said “he should be close”. Another hour later, no one shows up and now when we call back they send to voicemail with no follow up.
