Juliana is amazing at what she does. Works hard and when you tell her stuff needs to be done. Juliana is right on top of it. True asset to the company. Keeps the tenants best interest in her mind. Look forward to her continuing service.

This is how one source has me living. They are non responsive. I have toilet water from the above apartment falling on me trying to use the toilet. I spoke to the super on June 9 about this and no one has cared to come repair this and it’s only getting worst. I have a long list of repairs needed and there’s no one to communicate with. The front door to the building has not been properly locking for weeks. We have strangers walking into the building and sleeping in the lobby and hallways. No one answers emails or phone calls.... read more

Outstanding Customer service Attentive and Courteous they may not pic up there phone lines right away but they definitely get bc 2u....and I forgot to mention the Super of the building is very Respectful Attentive and polite works hard to fix any issues we got goin on...👍🏻
