This is how one source has me living. They are non responsive. I have toilet water from the above apartment falling on me trying to use the toilet. I spoke to the super on June 9 about this and no one has cared to come repair this and it’s only getting worst. I have a long list of repairs needed and there’s no one to communicate with. The front door to the building has not been properly locking for weeks. We have strangers walking into the building and sleeping in the lobby and hallways. Outstanding Customer service Attentive and Courteous they may not pic up there phone lines right away but they definitely get bc 2u....and I forgot to mention the Super of the building is very Respectful Attentive and polite works hard to fix any issues we got goin on...👍🏻

I went to this management company with not much hopes because I was having such a hard time finding a place but I was so grateful to have worked with Juliana. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind towards me. She answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. If you go here, ask for Juliana as she knows what she's doing and gets the job done! Super grateful for her having turned around my situation. Recommend Onesource property.
