No acostumbro a escribir reviews pero ayer tuve la cita con mi bebé de 4 meses y la cita era a la 1 pm y tuve que esperar 40 minutos para que la Dra viera al bebé, le pregunté a la asistente que si le iban a colocar vacunas al bebé ya que debía darle comida y me dijo que no sabía, finalmente llegó la Dra después de 40 minutos y ella fue muy amable y nos recomendó terapias para el bebé y las vacunas tuve que esperar otros 40 minutos para que la asistente preparara las vacunas, pregunté dos veces al front desk y nadie nos daba... read more
I have been bringing my three children to this pediatric practice for years, and overall I have always appreciated the care, especially from Dr. Clemente. She is knowledgeable and attentive, and because I trust her, I have always been willing to accept the long wait times that usually come with appointments. Unfortunately, my most recent visit in June left me very disappointed. My daughter is 8 years old and has been doing ballet and gymnastics since she was 3. Laurie is extremely rude and unhelpful
Dr. Rodriguez is a very nice and caring doctor, and I truly appreciate the way she listens and takes time with patients. Unfortunately, the office environment itself makes visits difficult. The air freshener used in the waiting area is extremely strong and overwhelming — it gives me a headache almost immediately upon entering. Since the wait time is consistently very long (usually at least an hour before being seen), the strong scent becomes even more uncomfortable and potentially harmful.
