Yikes—what an absolute mess of a company. I was actually called a “dumb ass” and then hung up on during a phone call with One Source Payroll. They handled payroll for my previous employer and failed to issue my final paycheck on 7/18, even though their system shows it was supposedly paid. Falsely showing a payment that was never received is deeply concerning and may not comply with labor laws. Troy and his team are fantastic. They have been providing payroll services for my business for the last 13 years and I have never had a reason to go elsewhere. Troy is gracious with his time and alwasy quick to respond. His team is always available and exepreinced leaving not a doubt that my payroll services are in good hands. I highly reccommend One Source Payroll.

I used OneSource for the past couple of years. They are responsive, always follow up, don't screw up and make changes quickly. Hard to be more reliable. I'm very pleased.
