They took my orders and assured me they would be sent out on the day and then don’t send them out claiming their system changed and did not have my credit card on file or some other excuse and don’t even call me to get the necessary info. They are constantly late sending out orders and have rules that don’t allow them to take your order until certain day of when you need them. No customer service at all. This was the impetus that got me to look for another vendor that has lower charges to order what I need.
