My journey started October 2 2025 My Dr ordered me a pair of diabete shoes from this place. After many phone calls and faxed paperwork over and over again I finally got an appointment to be fitted for a pair of shoes on January 3 2026. I was told it would take 4 weeks for my shoes to be in. I have called several times and they keep telling me they are not ready yet. Today is February 20 2026. I called today and was told they are still not in. Have gone 3 months without supplies. One Source has been hard to get things done as they keep sending form back to doctors over and over. They definitely have not been as good as our prior provider.

One Source Medical Solutions has come to be part of my family. Much more than an excellent customer service or a prompt delivery. The staff is heavenly! Yes they are unique. We have always received the best caring, respecfull, diliigent and compassionate support. I have no words to thank Ms Karen, Mr. Randy & son, Ms. Sophie, Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Dinhora and many other names I can't remember through all these years! I thank God I did not choose to go to this company. For starters, they do not even know how to answer questions over the phone The lady who answered my call for a diabetic shoe fitting was. very rude and unconcerned about giving me information on their services.
