I thank God I did not choose to go to this company. For starters, they do not even know how to answer questions over the phone The lady who answered my call for a diabetic shoe fitting was. very rude and unconcerned about giving me information on their services.
This company has went DOWN! They are unorganized, the phones are always hanging up and majority of the staff have NO CLUE what they’re talking about. The orders never come on time! Randy was the only reason we stayed but I don’t believe he’s there anymore. Customer Service is horrid! They continually lose paperwork- I waited months and had to pay out of pocket for my aunts supplies for them today they had it on file for months- MONEY WASTED. I called this place multiple times telling them I’m coming and need things for my wife who just had surgery. On a Saturday before they closed for rest of the weekend. I got here before they were scheduled to close. But still when I got here they already closed and the one person who was there couldn’t sell me anything because she didn’t have keys. Knowing I would not have any other choice to buy any supplies till Monday. Can’t believe people so selfish even in the medical field. Closing early. Ignoring the 5 phones I made.
