We used this company after my son had knee surgery. Had to pay out of pocket since insurance did not pay for the supplies. Needed a CPM machine. Rented machine for 23 days...they tried to charge me for 30 days! I drove the machine back to doctors office, since they were unavailable to pick it up before my appointment, I live over an hour away, carried it up stairs & into office. Machine is VERY HEAVY!!
