at the company I am at the CFO signed a 3 year contract with this company. We are ALWAYS fighting over ink. They say they sent it they say it shouldn't be empty..They wont give us a set or two of spare ink for emergencies. We end up having to pull ink out of other printers and put it in the payroll printer on payroll days from time to time due to this.. We can't not pay our employee's because we had to wait 3 days for ink to get here when its said 10% or less for a week already.. The tech are pretty good though and I feel so... read more
