Got multiple loads from them. Consistent poor communication and very late deliveries. Once the loads had been delivered I only got 1 small invoice. I called in multiple times because I thought I owed more. They told me I owed nothing else. Then I got the threat of a lien for not paying an invoice that was never sent. Great experience! I used them twice and the 2 times have been truly a great experience. The first time was on Friday July 3rd; I called several other places and because of the holiday they wouldn’t deliver, One Source came through and delivered within a couple of hours!!! You can communicate via text with a REAL person!!

Incredibly dishonest. I was working with a general contractor who finished my backyard and paid in full. One Source is claiming that the contractor didnt pay them and without even talking to me, PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE. I have the receipts to prove that I paid the invoice in full. I have also spoken several times with the contractor confirming that they were paid. Do not use One Source Materials unless you are willing to gamble on them trying to force more money out of you.
