I feel like I work for them rather then they are hired to work for me. They deny reimbursements without justifying, so I have to reach out and ask what else THEY NEED. They do respond to emails and submissions quickly, but as I said, I feel like I am always reaching out to ask what they need. It's ridiculous. Communication is terrible and to understand everything they need is an annoying process.
