I am the President of a small HOA that retained OneSource for both boutique CAM and landscape management for approximately one year before terminating the relationship completely. In short, OS’s base fees for both service lines are at the top of the market. if i could give 0 stars, i would. Totally unprofessional and ineffective. No property walk thru's. Charges the HOA for everything. Needs to constantly be reminded of tasks / duties needed to be performed. i would stay clear. Additionally, we were using their landscaping company and had to terminate them. Onesource recently moved their offices to a thrift shop on superior ave. to address marta boyle's comments below, these were written at the direction of Lissette Hernandez, the owner. Full service company. Have been very happy with management and the work crews. Especially helpfull after hurricane.
I am an officer on the HOA Board at Parkstone. OneSource has managed our property for four years now. The purpose of my review is to set the record straight regarding earlier comments made by Steve Infante. These comments are not a reflection of the entire Board of Directors. The billing practices of One Source is in line with those of other management companies.
