I wanted to write this honest review in a month and a half in after purchasing my car from them , these guys have been honest , helpful and humble ! I came from tiger hunt auto my car went out on me after one month not only that the deal was so messed up on the vehicle that I drove it that long without one then when they came up with something they decided that something was to tell me I'm 3 payments late on a car payment I never had ! Christy was great! She assured me they would be able to look out for me. Credit wasn’t great at all, both Christy and Mr Bobby worked it out all the way around and NOW I’m driving to work instead of riding my e-bike. AND they gave me $20 cash to put gas in my new wip. i purchased a vehicle over a year ago from here it was a great vehicle got free monthly oil changes i paid all my payments on time 350$ a month had a lil over a year left of paying. I was in a accident was not my fault . the vehicle was totaled . the $ the insurance was going to pay toward the car went toward this company because the vehicle still needed to be paid off i am now left with no money and no vehicle all my hard earn money gone to the trash i am so devastated !! :(
Place is absolutely garbage customer service is awful and if you buy the extended warranty they come up with reasons they can’t fix it me and my wife was 10k into a truck check engine code came on took it to the sorry excuse for a shop they have said it needed a timing job well when we got the truck back it was never right engine made a horrible bottom end ticking the code was never fixed so we took it back he said it would need an engine but because I do the oil changes myself they won’t cover it so me and my wife was liter... read more
