Brent just left our house after repairing our dryer. He knew exactly what the problem was and now my machine runs great. Brent was exceptionally pleasant and went out of his way to talk about washing machines and dryers. I highly recommend Brent and this company.

The representative from the company was sent from a warranty company. He told me to my face that there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher. It is in perfect shape that the item that broke was not any neglect whatsoever and then he contacted the warranty company and told them it was neglect. The company is the worst company I ever dealt with in my life. I recommend nobody using them because they don't tell you nothing. All they do is lie
I was so impressed by One Source Appliance Repair! I absolutely would use them again and recommend them 100%. When my KitchenAid dishwasher stopped working, I initially contacted Best Buy for service. They quoted me a visit 5 days away and with a 12-hour window! 7Am to 7PM is a big window.
