Very poor customer service and support for both client companies and candidates. In addition, issues are not getting resolved in a timely fashion, which makes it difficult for employers to complete the hiring process. Overall, not impressed with the communication, customer support, and attitude of OneSource towards the employers and candidates.
I have interacted with One Source for years and they have always been extremely professional and willing to work hard to meet their client’s needs. Wouldn’t want to work with any other background companies.
