This place is a joke they ran a back round check on me and didn’t use my SSN and another person popped up and they sent that info to the employer who ordered it when I called it’s almost like they didn’t care and didn’t want to try and fix the issue!!!

Very poor customer service and support for both client companies and candidates. In addition, issues are not getting resolved in a timely fashion, which makes it difficult for employers to complete the hiring process. Overall, not impressed with the communication, customer support, and attitude of OneSource towards the employers and candidates.
