The WORST LEASING EXPERIENCE! My two year lease in a high priced house with this company is the worst in my life! I sold my home in Port St. Lucie, and my realtor and I were unable to find a home by closing. I get robocalls from "The Elliots" a couple of times a week to sell my property. I keep all of them. The interesting thing is that the phone number they are calling was only provided to my HOA for local use. How did they get it? Hmmmm. Why would anybody use them?
I fired this outfit about a year ago. Wasted a lot of my time bringing me offers for a Vero Beach home that were not bona fide. Rather than go peacefully, they forced me to take legal action. Their lawyer was a real piece of work, too. Used another broker who found a real buyer the first weekend. There are plenty of qualified brokers who won't jerk you around. If you're thinking about using Southeby's, think again.
