Everyone here really knows what they are doing and I haven't used any one else for years.
In September One Solution deducted money from Owner's draw that they were not contractorially entitled to do so. After repeat request to fix their error and return my funds to me they have given a 17 day notice to terminate service. Also stated that they do not have tenant's deposit as was stolen by previous Bennett Rowland partner. Not tenant's problem.
