Buyer or insurance claimer BEWARE! I got allocated One Solution Building Services for an insurance claim from CGU. I received Delays, Many many promises, Coercion, and being given the general run around. AFCA was contacted, very helpful. Anyway approx 21 months after the job was promised (contracted) to be finished I have an assessor coming out as there is still pooling in bathroom floor. Good luck getting a return phone call, but happy to take your money.
This company replaced our roof in 2016 but cut corners by installing Colorbond roof sheets over the existing Dektite flashing and carelessly smearing silicone over the top. They clearly had no understanding of the purpose of Dektite flashing or how it should be correctly installed. Their lack of skill and attention to detail caused persistent leaks, forcing us to lodge an insurance claim in 2020, which only addressed one pipe penetration.
