Edit: I was naive, this is a scam. Luckily got my money back from my bank. They make you post a review while on the phone with them. DO NOT TRUST POSITIVE REVIEWS. The service was quick and all the problems I was experiencing with my computer have been resolved. The customer service representatives are very helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have.
Not going to give them an entirely poor review because they were polite, and did fix my computer, however I must say it does seem as though they do the updates needed so that you have to keep using their services. I never remember having to update so much on this Mac. In fact, it was never like this until they got in it. They charged me an initial 200 for the service plus 100 for some software download, and then charged me again for 100 last year without me knowing. I could have those numbers mixed up but those were all of t... read more
These folks are thieves and willl charge your card without authorization. They will also try and send a message about giving you a refund only to obtain credit card info. I’ve actually reported them to the federal government. Beware. and cancel all employment.
