Terrible staff I tried booking an appointment for 3 months never got an update or a call back after attempting several times to call them and even go in person the only explanation I got was they were booked out for 3 months which doesnt make sense to me coming from a patient with insurance if I could give a 100 star negative star review I would. ** is nice but the communication with staff is just not it. Dr. ******* (owner) and his staff are not customer service oriented and only care about their bottom line $. The patient is never there priority. Stay away from this practice.
I was a new patient,went in for cleaning they took xrays. on the way out I asked what I owed them they said nothing, then a bill shows up for 130.00.
RecommendedVery friendly and comfortable setting. Everyone is understanding and does their best to make my visit as pleasant and non-traumatic as possible.
Worst Dental office I have ever been too. Unorganized, they overcharged my card rescheduled my appointment 3 times and my husbands 4 times last minutes. Horrible place
Pressure sales. Bait and switch service. Misleading advertising. Made an appointment for my sister in law to get dentures. Was pressured hard to get her implants. Told them several times she could not afford implants as I was paying for it and on a fixed income. Finally got the appointment made and x rays done but after more pressure on her to get implants she was told they do not do dentures and to go someplace else. The worker they are so nice and always greeted you with a smile. And the dental talk to just don’t come in a just do your teeth they tell you what they are doing that make me very comfort with them I very highly recommend one smile to everyone thank you for making me feel special
