We bought home from one signature builder about year and a half ago this was our first home. We Dealt with Sunny one of the partners. The process was ok but me and husband were very disappointed about the follow up. Like other builders they gave us one year for any kind of flaws in the house to fix it. Our master bath tub got cracks and according to the builder and his plumber tub is high end and it shouldn't crack.
