We purchased a home in September 2020. We recently had some work done to the home where we were told there was a significant amount of termites and damaged. I called the owner of One shot Termite since they did the inspection in September and asked him to come retreat. He said he doesn’t know how this happened, he was upset to be coming back even though you get a 1 year warranty. The realtor used this company for termite inspection during escrow. a year later, i discover termite infestation under the home thats been there for decades, a blind man could see it. its apparent that the inspector did not fully inspect the home, and did a quick sign off for a fast buck. Despicable. Avoid at all costs, there is plenty of honest and professional termite companies out there.
