One Shot was great! I had an electrical issue in my home for a bedroom that wasn’t receiving power. They were able to come out right away and address the issue. The electrician Gabe was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and as soon as he came he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue within 15-20 minutes.

Severely overcharged to upgrade two electrical outlets. $640. Also I was told the smoking microwave was not due to the outlet and that I should get another microwave. The new microwave also smokes even with the "upgraded" outlet. Hmm.

Gabe with One Shot Installation responded within minutes of me texting my wiring and plumbing issues. He was at my door just over an hour later after he finished his last job. He was kind and explained everything in great detail. Fixed my wiring issue and told me the plumbing was fine, it's just the sound my new fill valve makes.. 10/10 for honesty too! I highly recommend One Shot.

Gabe was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He works in the Flagstaff area and here in the valley. We were having an issue with our dryer but couldn’t pinpoint whether the issue was the dryer or electrical. With Gabe’s service (One Shot Installation), we were able to avoid the back and forth of it’s electrical call an electrician and it’s the dryer call an appliance repair. Our hot water heater stopped heating so we replaced it ourselves and it still wasn't heating. We discovered it was an electrical issue that we were not able to fix ourselves. Since Gabe had all 5 star reviews, we decided to call him. I called at 7:15 this morning and he arrived from Flagstaff by 9:10am. He spotted the problem immediately and had it fixed within the hour. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable. We highly recommend! Also, he is local and still travels to Flagstaff! Thanks Gabe!
