Our van's transmission went out unfortunately. It was bad timing, since we were scheduled to go on vacation the following week. One Shot Auto was super awesome and went above and beyond to expedite our transmission replacement, even staying after hours to finish the job, just so we could have our van back for our trip. They were very polite and considerate about our situation, and my wife and I were overly impressed with the customer service and fast turnaround.
Took my 68 Mercury to them. One of the few shops that work on older cars. They got me right in and did a really good job. I was leery when I found a typo on the bill, after I paid them. They made it right instantly! No battle at all. So nice to see that! I was very happy with the work and they got it all done when they said they would.
My Husband and I were making a cross the country road trip when his fuel pump decided to break. We were stranded on the side of the freeway outside of Lincoln, and he found One Shot on Google. He gave the number a call on a Sunday and the owner not only answered but helped us find a tow truck company and got our truck in to be looked at first thing the next morning.
