Awesome experience and super fair pricing! I brought my Subaru in to have the transmission pan replaced. Another shop had quoted me nearly $2,000, which felt way too high. I found this place and they quoted me less than half that price. Not only did they save me a ton of money, but they were also great to work with—friendly, honest, and professional. Definitely glad I found them!
One Shot Auto was amazing to work with! We brought in our car to fix a rattling noise. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and helpful! They explained what the issue was and got us back on the road in record time. We'll be taking our cars here from now on!
Took my 68 Mercury to them. One of the few shops that work on older cars. They got me right in and did a really good job. I was leery when I found a typo on the bill, after I paid them. They made it right instantly! No battle at all. So nice to see that! I was very happy with the work and they got it all done when they said they would.
Communication was horrible . We called for an estimate and we had to call them back on the third day to finally get the estimate. We were quoted a price and told 12 hours for the repair. They suggested we bring it in on Thursday and we would have it back Friday evening. Friday evening came and went and we didn't hear anything, then Saturday then Sunday. My Husband and I were making a cross the country road trip when his fuel pump decided to break. We were stranded on the side of the freeway outside of Lincoln, and he found One Shot on Google. He gave the number a call on a Sunday and the owner not only answered but helped us find a tow truck company and got our truck in to be looked at first thing the next morning.
