Amazing complex to live at with great amenities and a great location. Kameron is great and very attentive to residents' needs as well as Michael when it comes to maintenance issues.
I have resided at One Rookwood for 3 1/2 years and have loved every bit of it. My 2 sweet dogs enjoy the on-site pet park and walking areas, my apartment is elegant, roomy with fabulous storage, and the maintenance services are absolutely excellent. I am a very busy executive and the services and amenities make this boutique residences perfect for my busy life…highly recommended!
Friendly staff and great general location but it’s directly on the highway and it’s extremely loud at all hours of the day! Even in the middle of the night. Something to be aware of!
Clean, nice staff, and overall great place to live. Rachel the leasing agent and her dog is amazing!
