The water bill is ridiculously high. My water is $149.00. I’m not sure why and I can’t get an explanation from management after sending g and extensive email. This is a two bed room unit. We’re not even home most of the day. This almost exceeds my car insurance.

Honest Review : I wanted to like this neighborhood so bad , off the strength that the leasing manager who formerly worked there really did what she could to truly make out experience better . And on a positive note , it’s a really quiet neighborhood , no loud neighbors , not much of anything going on . I’ve been here for 2 years .. the first year the unit was ROACH infested, with being under the impression that the unit above me had an issue, so they honored a transfer to another building with no fee (which was appreciated )... read more
