The apartments themselves are good quality and overall quiet. The main issues I have with this complex is the maintenance and the consistent power outages at the office where the office is inaccessible for any concerns. The maintenance man has walked into our apartment on 3 separate occasions without knocking and failed to actually fix the issues. Janelle is a great person, one of the best managers RockyRidge ever had. She will go above and beyond for residents, but very strict and keep up to rules. The best i have seen RockyRidge since living here in the past six years.
These apartments are quiet and nice. The one bedroom is cozy and the walls aren't thin like most places. Very clean and decent for the rent. Plenty of parking and overall safe and neighborly community.
