After about a month of having a work order in for my shower, nothing has changed. Instead they marked it as complete in their system without actually fixing it. I went to the office yesterday to remind them so that maintenance could repair it since it is unusable. I was told that the shower head is different. I have never ever changed that shower from move in. Still nothing despite being told someone would come out yesterday. Update again: Janelle left and things are starting to go left!! They made an error on our lease TWICE, the date is for next year lol and they rent was increased, was told that a ticket was created to get it down and now the "NEW" and upgraded manager can't find 10 minutes out of her day to rectify it.
