No transparency, just keep it real about the fees. No deception, no being nice, but dishonest at the same time. The washer/dryers don't come with unit (lie) you have to pay even if u didn't ask for it. The trash valet not free even if u take out your own trash. Water not free, your paying GA power, plus another company for supplying the utilities. It's like going to Starbucks and being charged for the cups. Great maintenance service with good timing
The women in the office were super friendly and made my move-in stress free. There was a small miscommunication about the apartment I would be moving into but it was no one's fault and it wqs fixed not even an hour after I showed up to move in. They were also very prompt and made sure that I would be able to get in with my key card despite the process of switching apartments took a while. It was worth it in the end, my apartment is really nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and answer all questions I had for them.... read more
