This review in in reference to when ONE properties was managing versus living in Calgary - Management is inflexible on their late fees even if it was just due to an error with the autopay system. One properties is a lot more stingy than the previous owners and the building itself is in decline. Lots of better options out there with the new buildings who value their tenants more.
