Mr Rick Cardenas was outstanding today!! He helped me get a new roof through my insurance company which they declined the first. 5 STAR
Matthew and his team One Ply Roofing are amazing. Hard working, great communication and trustworthy. Would definitely recommended and use these guys again.
Rick with One Ply said that he would handle communications with the insurance company, be present for the inspection and get all the benefits owed from the storm damage. He delivered on his promise and got me damages I would have not even thought to ask for. He also did the follow-up with the insurance after repairs with pictures and drone video. He and his team did the repairs quickly and very professionally. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I will be recommending their company to friends and family.
