Is Murphy the Irish lady who came into my apartment to help me sell the place? As in, I was expecting a pitch of some sort... It ended up with her ignoring all my attempts at courtesy; but absolutely insisted on being served water; tepid, no ice? Then followed some weirdness Where she kept forgetting the bathroom was on the LEFT, not the RIGHT I should have said: "your OTHER left!" ha ha...Matrix moment A very good brinksmanship-type salesperson!
