We have had an amazing experience with One Pediatrics. Our son has had ongoing challenges with eczema, asthma, and more recently a scary food allergy exposure. Both Dr Bouallali and Dr Benjelloun have provided excellent and empathetic care in helping us navigate and helped us feel confident in how to manage our son's symptoms. Called to schedule an appointment for my kids. Asked if they accepted a specific insurance. Their receptionist had no clue and provided very little help. This review is for front desk alone.

I recently visited Dr. Bouallali and Dr. Benjelloun, and they are truly some of the sweetest and most welcoming physicians I’ve ever met. They genuinely treat you like family and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The entire staff is amazing. Karla, Karina, and especially Leslie, who is always incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Everyone goes above and beyond to create such a warm and caring environment. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.

Such an unprofessional office. We came in few minutes early to our appointment. After 20 min past her appointment time I asked the front desk is there more wait time. One of the girl said just few more min. Then I point out to a lady with her kid who came before us and I asked how about them. Then the front desk changed our “few min” wait time to “40min wait. They can’t even organize their patient appointment time properly. Such a waste of time.
