I have worked in property management for 29 years, and it is deeply disappointing to see a management team operate with such incompetence, disorganization, and dishonesty. Horrible management. Apartment itself was fine, but was constantly charged multiple times for things that should not have been charged for. Always things breaking down like the mailbox room without any clear updates on when stuff would be open or fixed. I’ve had to go to the office over 5 times to discuss the same fees I was charged and even now was charged a fee after I moved out for a month of rent I don’t need to pay and my emails have been ignored and everytime I call there is no response.

Response to my service request was quick and polite. The technicians were polite and made sure the issue was resolved before they left.
