Wonderful quiet peaceful friendly environment stays cool in the summer due to all of the trees and Wonderful activities like BBQ and karaoke all treated by the staff so generous and thoughtful
Do not waste your money here. I have called multiple times about an animal clawing at my ceiling that keeps me up and they have not done anything. There has also been trash sitting in the hallway and trash rooms for weeks now that stinks. Also they don’t tell you but the gas and electric bill is AT LEAST another $150 on rent no matter how much you use. My bill was the same price over winter break when I wasn’t even there for a month. Save yourself the headache, for real Okay so I lived here for a whole year as a college student and I genuinely don’t know how this place is still in business because barely anyone lives here — and after my experience, I get why. First off, $1,700 a month is already a stretch for a student, but then they hit you with an extra $200 through their own utility company so you’re basically paying $1,900 for an apartment that is just… mid.
