Honestly, I wish I could give less than one star to this business, the owner feels he should not pay for services he contracted for and then expects additional work for free. Do not accept a credit card payment from him because he will dispute the charge as leverage to renegotiate his invoice and otherwise make doing business with him a zero sum game. If asked to provide service to this company, you are better off giving him a gift certificate to your competitor so they can lose money doing business with him.
