It was a great building to live in, but in my opinion, the management team is borderline fraudulent. When my lease came up for renewal, they tried to drastically increase my rent almost $500 a month. When I asked the community manager multiple times for a better offer, she refused. I found out later that she offered my neighbor a discount to renew. never lived here, but giving 5 stars for the great tour experience that Bernard Lofton provided - friendly, welcoming, informative. even after i said i wouldn't be signing a lease, his friendliness continued and he promptly answered my question about when to expect the holding deposit refund.
they will make businesses with our secure deposits and I don’t receive my Secure deposit since 3 weeks ago! I believe they have millions of dollars of people money in their hands.who let you use my money for one month it is a kind of….
