Amenities are top notch, the building includes squash court, basketball court, party room and media room with a grand piano, pool table. However the cooling system was not good in the building, especially in the summer, it took hours or overnight to lower the temperature that set on.
TL;DR - DO NOT RENT (OR BUY) THE UNITS ENDING WITH 09 Renters (or buyers) beware. Breaking this review down in a few categories: Unit/Suite - Avoid the units ending with **09. These units have extremely poor ventilation and filled with windows using single pane glass. This means you will have very high level of condensation in the inside of your glass.
