Not only are these apartments great they are clean management/manager is awesome there is so much more than to living here on 350 3rd ave to stores and to all freeway access and to fun events happening often all the time downtown Chula Vista there are no better apartments to call home
I found One Park Apartments in 2017 and have never wanted to leave. The location next to Memorial Park and Downtown Third Ave. is ideal. All festivals, parades, events and activities including the farmer’s market are literally just outside our front door. The building itself is clean and well maintained, updated regularly, requests are addressed promptly. This is a well cared for complex. The manager, Gloria is friendly, professional and responsive.
