I lived at One Park Apartments in Chula Vista for the last two years. An opportunity came up that I couldn't pass up, otherwise I'd be at these apartments forever! I loved it so much! It's located in Downtown Chula Vista right next to the park. There is always something going on if you like entertainment. Not only are these apartments great they are clean management/manager is awesome there is so much more than to living here on 350 3rd ave to stores and to all freeway access and to fun events happening often all the time downtown Chula Vista there are no better apartments to call home
I found One Park Apartments in 2017 and have never wanted to leave. The location next to Memorial Park and Downtown Third Ave. is ideal. All festivals, parades, events and activities including the farmer’s market are literally just outside our front door.
