I lived at One Palm for 4.5 years. Pros: 1. The location is truly the best in the city. 2. Jerry in the maintance dept is great. 3. They do try to host events for residents - even though it’s on a tight budget. Cons: 1. If you have a dog, beware - an older lady lives here with an aggressive standard poodle that tries to attack every dog in the building - mangagement does nothing.
