Got me fixed up after dealing with a wrist pain for over two months.
I continue to see this orthopedic practice because my doctor is excellent, knowledgeable, and has provided good care. Unfortunately, the experience with the staff that answers the phones, scheduling or nursing, has been consistently disappointing. Nearly every time I call, the staff answering the phones come across as rude, impatient, and as though they don’t want to be there. Well I tried to go here to get my injury looked at and was excited by the fact that they were open till 8:00 p.m. but then walked in and was told that all of them across fort Wayne are closing at 4:00. It'd be real nice to know that before driving here to get seen. If you're going to change your hours, maybe you should update that on your website and on Google maps. Kind of a poor customer experience for someone that really needed to get seen.
