One on One Services is such a great company; they helped me with the care for my Dad when he came home from the hospital. The staff was very professional, caring, and helpful. Awesome service! Respectable office workers! CNA’s and HHA’s are experienced and love the job they do. They are very hands on! They pick special aides for each patient so it’s a perfect match! They try they hardest to have a relationship with case managers, patients, and patients family so there’s a full circle of communication! This company is very unprofessional and ghetto, leaving patients unattended for hours without calling with a update to the family that’s concerned about my father’s wellness. The owner has a nasty tone when speaking to her she over talks you . I’ll be reporting this company to the state of Florida and bbb!!!
