Overall, I have had a pretty good experience here. Although, the quality of service and the amenities (pool, gym, etc.) constantly being broken does not add up since the rent keeps going up. Also, not having adequate staff either on-call or on-site has been problematic for me several times in, what I would consider, high priority situations that couldn't be addressed. I genuinely wish I could write a more positive review because I really enjoy One Observatory Park's location and the amenities it offers (when they are functioning). It’s a nice building in a great area, but persistent maintenance issues severely impact the experience. This is not the fault of the maintenance staff—they are excellent!
