When we first moved in at One Observatory Park Apartments I was thrilled with our new home and wanted to write a positive review right away but felt I should give it some time to see if that feeling would last. This place has many problems. I have been there for three years and one of the big problems is the amount of stuff that’s always broken. The garage door, which was broken for months on end caused my motorcycle to get stolen and at least a friend of mine’s car to get stolen In addition, the quality of the apartment is not great. Well, it does have a unit washer and dryer. They are not a full size one and it can be difficult to fit stuff. Quality of the amenities is not great i.e. physical fixtures and cupboards. I have been living here for about 4 months now. The maintenance crew has been amazing, they have been extremely attentive and super easy to work with. I want to thank Dylan, and Eli for their hard work!!! These guys fixed my A/C very quickly and are very responsive with any other issues. Thank you for all the hard work!!!
I tried to schedule a tour of One Observatory and the auto attendant sent me to a very active, noisy call center some where and demanded to have me email a copy of my drivers license for a tour. I am a developer and work with top management companies with 1 million or more units managed. Just the few minutes interacting with the call center was terrible. Avenue 5 Residential is TERRIBLE. They have units in the building that are $19k per month and you get sent to a call center like that...unbelievable. I can see through these... read more
