Nice place to live. Very friendly
This used to be a wonderful place for my mother to live. Since Valley Rental has taken over management, the place is dirty, the office staff are not helpful and maintenance is minimal. Very sad that the place has gone downhill.
We, Senior Living Moving Company, love moving clients in and out of One Oak because of the people who live and work there. You can drive around the building and know it's a great place before you even leave the car. It's in a beautiful quiet location right in the middle of Fargo and the residents are always active either walking, gardening, or socializing. The maintenance man we met on multiple occasions is one of the nicest caring people you'll ever meet which can make a world difference when trying to make a new place home... read more
