They are always friendly and professional.
Well it starts when you walk in the door. The girls at reception are both warm and inviting. They will assist with everything from filling out the necessary forms to arranging your next appointment. When you are called in you are then greeted by a PCT who will confirm all of your personal information, medical history and present complaint. From there if need be the x-ray technician will take you to get any necessary xrays. Then you will meet Josh who is the PA.
