I've been living here for over two years and my experience has been mixed. During my first year here there were so many safety concerns (i.e. homeless people getting SA'd in the stairwell, cars getting broken into, and stolen cars being abandoned in my parking spot TWICE.) Management at the time appeared to have brought little urgency to these matters and it took residents coming together and complaining in groups to get anything done. We toured the apartment complex today and Angela was amazing. She’s only been with the company for one month, but her presentation was far better than the staff we met with at three other complexes. She was extremely thorough and even took us to the rooftop to not only show us the space, but also to point out where we could grab coffee, get a bite to eat, or shop. She provided much more information than anyone else.
Management and leasing staff are great. We meet with them everyday and keep them updated about things going on in Uptown district. In return they keep us updated with things in the area.
