I’m a resident at One Oak Grove, and my vehicle was wrongfully towed from the gated resident garage on September 2, 2025, even though it was properly registered through the building’s portal. My car could only have been towed by the company that One Oak Grove hired to do the job, since access to the garage requires management’s permission. I will start off by saying I love my apartment and the amenities. I would recommend this complex to anyone. With that being said, my short residency has been a myriad of problems. My dryer was defective for about 3 weeks. However, I applaud and appreciate the staff for attempting to resolve the problem and in the end replacing it. Now my toilet is defective as well, however; AGAIN, the staff is working hard to get it functional. The cherry on top of the problems is the parking. Angela was so sweet & welcoming, I enjoyed touring this place. All my questions were answered, it was clean & quiet, minus the outside construction noise, but overall interior of the apartment was very nice.
