Updated Review: After relocating across the country without the opportunity to tour the apartment or premises, we had to take management’s word when we inquired about key features: • Noise: We specifically asked if the noise level was minimal or excessive. Management assured us it was “very quiet”, with no issues. • Maintenance: This has been responsive and excellent so far. The best we have seen and interacted with! We moved across the country and had to trust management’s word since we weren’t able to tour the apartment or surrounding area beforehand. We asked specifically about noise and were told it wouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Our unit in OB2 faces the parking lot and freeway on-ramp, and the traffic noise is nonstop—day and night. It’s incredibly loud and has made it difficult to sleep or relax. Shoutout to Dgessy, I met her yesterday at the Sip and Paint event (which was super fun, by the way) and she was such a sweetheart! Also, big thanks to Stefanie and Ali! It’s so refreshing to see an office full of women in charge, and these ladies do a fantastic job of making this place feel like home. Appreciate everything you all do to make One North of Boston such a great place to live!
