The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing. I can clearly hear every footstep and feel vibrations from the apartment above me. I reported it to management, but nothing was done. I am moving out because of this reason. Another major problem is that dogs frequently pee right at the entrance of the building, leaving a strong smell. This has been an ongoing issue, and it doesn’t seem like anyone is addressing it. Lived here for a year only. Good place. Don’t know if I would recommend it to anyone.
Whenever I had an apartment need it was fulfilled really quick with Christian, I appreciate the effort put forth.
One of the worst places I’ve ever rented. Leasing staff very disrespectful hidden fees every month definitely moving out when lease is up!
Ive been living here for the last 3 years and this apartment is a wonderful place to live in. Friendly staff and their events are super fun! Would def recommend!
