I've lived here for seven months at the time of review, and it's been fine. The staff is wonderful, though personally as a student the location is a bit inconvenient. My biggest and really only complaint so far is how noisy the freeway behind the building is, especially if there's any kind of road work going on. I've been woken out of a dead sleep at odd hours on more than one occasion by it, and it makes any sort of fine audio recording impossible at home.
The leasing office here is extremely unprofessional and misleading. They promised one month of free rent and an additional $1,000 off the first month as part of their promotional offer. However, once we moved in, they failed to honor either of these commitments and insisted that we pay the full amount. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable and very frustrating. The apartments themselves are nice, but the management’s lack of integrity completely ruins the experience.
I’ve lived at One North of Boston for a year now, and I can honestly say the staff here make it feel like home. The maintenance team responds quickly, usually within a day, and the concierge is always friendly and helpful with packages and visitor parking. It’s rare to find an apartment community where people genuinely care, but ONB delivers.
