Love the location, maintenance works very fast and the elevators are fast as well. Besides the clubs, the building itself isn’t noisy.
I’m a city type of girl so I love how urban it is downtown. I can hear the noises of the city. I see a great view of the mountain and city lights at night. I enjoy the cooling and heating system we have here it’s always hot when you need and very cool for those triple digit days. As a Tucson-an I prefer to live in the heart of the city where the first barrios began growing Tucson. The bus, trolley and train stations are near by for short or long distance travels. the property manager (timothy) and the maintenance team (zach) are absolutely amazing. I had a leaky bathtub and sink and as soon as I reported it they worked with me to find time to fix them. I have a dog in my studio so it took some coordinating but they were still on the issues as soon as possible. Their team is amazing!
