when i walked into the salon i was blown away .It was rejuvenating with the colors and decor. The receptionist was very friendly she greeted me at the door and also offered me coffe and a beverage. The manager "Gloria" and other staff was excellent and made me feel at home. i came in for a color service and cut ,the stylist explained what was going to be done and i was pleased with results. This salon is a great and comfortable place to go for hair ,as well as nails. i am sorry that the last customer was not happy , I have been very pleased with the services i have received and always recommened my friends and they never had an issue. They get you in and out in a timely manner. I admire the manager because any issues arise big or small it is tackled and get it resolved . Don't bother getting nail services here. While the staff is friendly, the service is less than adequate. The woman who performed my "spa" pedicure seemed more interested in answering her cell phone and talking to friends than actually working on me (maybe I'm expecting too much but every other place I've ever been that advertised a spa pedi gives a lower leg massage as well - which didn't happen here). This salon is very comfortable and the staff is friendly. The owner is very nice and cares about a customers overall visit,experience and service. Very busy salon,and you don't have much of a wait time. You come and get serviced right away. Unexpected issues arise but from my experience the staff try to get you in and out in a an out in a timely manner. Our are greeted when walking in and offered a beverage. I love the place. Great place for facials ,color ,cuts nd extension services. Be patient an try this salon
From the moment i walked through the door i knew i found my new salon.The people were friendly,the place was clean,and the atmosphere was what i was looking for. I am telling all my friends and relatives about the best place in town. When i walked into the salon i was greeted by a smiling face and offered a free drink.
