At closing, the folks were very pleasant to deal with. Donny was knowledgeable and professional. But before and after the communication was very poor. I had asked several days before closing date for a copy of the survey and did not see it until closing. At closing I was told the deal would fund next day, but when I called the next day at noon to inquire, no one returned my call. This company claims the name. Fidelity national title company. Not listed as Fidelity national title company. Listed as One Nation title.located by 4300 spring valley Rd 75244.

If communication, responsiveness, professionalism and customer service are of any importance to you, DO.NOT.USE. One Nation Title - Addison. Zero response from them at the very beginning when sending the contract over to see if they had even received the contract. Zero communication throughout the entire transaction from anyone at the title company.
