Have not been here since the new owners took over and will not be returning. Came in for pedicure selected one of the spa. Nothing special. Some lady (ines) took off my nail polish was very rough like she was mad at someone and taking it out on me. The guy did my pedicure ( no name tag) was ok but definitely doesn't know how to paint nails. No massage, just sit you at dryer. At check out, lady says how you want to pay tip? Um..OK, what? Do you like paying for bad attitudes and sloppy nails? Then this is the place for you! I went in for a simple French pedicure, which is pretty hard to mess up, but they managed to do it. The guy doing my nails was unbelievably rude and treated me like a bum. Dude, I’m paying for the service, I don't need your attitude. They also decided to charge me $10 extra for an acrylic on my big toe that looks completely untouched. When you complain, they genuinely do not care. Worst service ever, save your money!
Like someone said there are much better places to get a friendly welcome. I’ve been coming here for some time, they are rude, not friendly And when I was talking very low on my phone they told me to get off the phone. I will not be returning! They don’t do a great job anyway So why come back They talk about you to others in their language and Don’t have customer service skills .
DO NOT GO HERE! If there was an opportunity to give this business a zero, I would. I originally walked in for a French gel pedicure. The nail tech did my left foot first then moved onto the right foot. All of the lines were different sizes. She took them off about 4-5 times. After this is opted to just get a solid blue since the French was too much. The manager was called over and told me that no one was going to fix it.
