1 Star — Worst salon experience I’ve ever had I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never be returning. From start to finish, the experience was terrible. First, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The salon itself was filthy — I literally saw roaches crawling on the walls. One was killed right in front of me, scooped up with bare hands, and then the nail tech continued the service without washing their hands. That alone should’ve been my cue to walk out. I know some reviews complain about people being rude that work here... but I don't think that's the case at all. They are hard-working and attentive to detail! All the people working in this salon do great work. 5 stars here! I have been going for 2 1/2 years. Trust my review! It prompted me for yet another review. I still love going here! My nails are always beautiful! Update: They are still awesome! Same opinion a year later! I religiously go every two weeks. Great people, great service. 👍

First off read all my reviews before you go criticizing me. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. Made an appointment for 4 people for manicures and gel for 3 o’clock. First time ever going here and it was recommended. Show up for appointment and they made us feel absolutely stupid saying we don’t have an appointment there. I then get back in the car after being thoroughly embarrassed and I call and ask and get told the same thing. Then not one minute later I get a phone call asking if we’re still coming in???
